Cancellation Policy
At Morocco Marrakech Experiences , we have outlined our cancellation and payment policies to ensure a smooth and transparent booking experience.
Payment Process
To confirm your booking, a small deposit is required. The remaining balance is to be paid on the first day of your tour. The exact deposit amount is set by our management, depending on the type of service and the time left before the tour begins.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation fees cover the direct costs associated with modifying or canceling your booking.
By reserving through our website, you agree to and accept our cancellation policy.
A booking agreement between you and Morocco Fabulous Travel is established once we receive the required deposit and send you a confirmation email.
The lead traveler who makes the reservation is responsible for accepting these terms on behalf of all travelers in their group.
All communication regarding cancellations or changes must be made by the lead traveler.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the customer contact form and confirmed by Morocco Fabulous Travel before any action can be taken.
If applicable, refunds will be processed promptly, and the deposit will be returned to the same credit card used for the original booking.
Please note that we cannot control any delays in the refund process.
The cancellation policy applies based on the original scheduled departure date.
Cancellation of Private Tours
Notify us in writing if you need to cancel your private tour for any reason, whether avoidable or unavoidable.
Cancellation charges take effect once we receive your written notice.
Low & Medium Season (January 5 – February 28, June 1 – September 30, November 1 – December 20):
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour date are eligible for a 100% deposit refund or 100% future travel credit (excluding reservation fees).
Cancellations made within 6 days or less of the tour date are not eligible for a deposit refund.
High Season (March 1 – May 31, October 1 – October 31, December 21 – January 4):
Cancellations made at least 15 days before the tour date are eligible for a 100% deposit refund or 100% future travel credit (excluding reservation fees).
Cancellations made within 14 days or less of the tour date are not eligible for a deposit refund.
Cancellation of Shared Tours
If you need to cancel your small shared tour, please notify us in writing.
Cancellation charges take effect once we receive your written notice.
A 100% cancellation fee applies if the booking is canceled 2 days or less before the departure date.
